Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of craftberry.co (the "site"), operated by КРАФТБЕРИ ООД (Craftberry OOD), a company registered in Bulgaria under company number (ЕИК) 205930461 (VAT number BG205930461), with its registered address at ul. Shipka 18, floor 2, office 203, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria ("craftberry", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1.0What the site is for

The site presents craftberry's services, work and articles. It isn't an offer to supply services. We only work with clients under a signed proposal or agreement, and that document, not these terms, governs any project we do together.

Prices, packages and timelines shown on the site are indicative. They become binding only once they appear in a written proposal we have both accepted.

2.0Content and intellectual property

The site's text, design, graphics, code, photography and videos belong to craftberry or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish or adapt substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

Client names, logos and store designs shown in our case studies belong to their owners and appear with their permission. Shopify and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners, and their use doesn't imply endorsement.

3.0Using the site responsibly

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• send spam, false information or harmful code through the contact form;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or the systems behind it, or disrupt their operation;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk to build a competing service or dataset. Ordinary search-engine and AI crawlers that respect our robots.txt are welcome.

4.0Reviews, results and articles

Client reviews come from independent platforms such as Clutch. Results in our case studies describe specific projects and aren't a promise of the same outcome for yours. Articles are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice.

5.0Links to other sites

The site links to websites and tools we don't control, including client stores and partner platforms. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

6.0Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. We may change or remove content at any time.

To the extent the law allows, craftberry isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.

8.0Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

9.0Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Bulgaria. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
