BangCookies started as what appeared to be a brick-and-mortar business, but George ( CEO) quickly realized the opportunity to seize the deluxe cookie market online.

How we did it:

8-week turnover for a massive e-commerce rehaul

Just before BFCM 2021 we built a brand new, majorly improved version of BangCookies focusing on conversion. Its fast speed and extensive deliverability options quickly made it a fan-favorite, turning Bang into a force to be reckoned with.

Since then, we've vastly improved the UX of the store by carefully observing user behavior, which has let us capitalize on functionalities we previously overlooked.

Store experience designed to sell

Thanks to our conversion-oriented design, we implemented various tactics that significantly improved the conversion rate and average order value throughout the store.

In collaboration with Bang, we played around with how they are presenting their products online, so we've built diverse cookie boxes with cheeky gift cards that let them expand their offering.

Bang Cookies’ multi-channel fulfillment model - local delivery, in-store pickup, and nationwide shipping - required a level of control and flexibility that Shopify’s native checkout couldn’t support.

The goal was to build a tailored, scalable fulfillment engine that matched Bang Cookies’ growing operational needs.

Our goal was to make people buy more cookies, so the most rational thing to do was to create a seamless app that will make customers buy Bang's products with ease.

Leveraging push notifications, we've enabled BangCookies to convert more as customers get regularly reminded of how tasty their cookies are.

The mobile-oriented design our team has created resulted in an extremely easy-to-use interface that boosts their conversions by letting the customers order a cookie with 3-4 taps on the screen.

By harnessing the capabilities of React Native, our developers designed an application that is not only modern but also boasts quick performance and effortless customization.

React Native offers a seamless experience, allowing for faster iteration, reduced development time, and compatibility across both iOS and Android platforms.
