Migration to Shopify

The Fashion Project was previously operating on a custom-built platform, that couldn’t keep up with their fast-moving product cycles and growing operational needs.

Limitations like slow page loads, complex backend workflows, and frequent instability during peak sales periods were blocking their growth.

To move past these constraints, we set out to create a digital experience that could match the pace and energy of their brand.

We executed a full migration to Shopify, transferring products, collections, customers, and order history with zero disruption to day-to-day operations.

Custom Theme Development

Our development team engineered a fully custom Shopify theme from the ground up, tailored to handle a large, constantly evolving catalog with ease.

Every layout and component was crafted with precision to balance aesthetics and performance.

The new storefront blends high-impact visuals with intuitive UX and smart logic behind the scenes, supporting product variants, fast filtering, and frictionless navigation across all devices.

The Fashion Project team can now manage content, launch campaigns, and update product messaging independently - without relying on developers for every change.

The previous design fell short of representing the brand’s evolution.

It lacked structure, and made it difficult for users to browse confidently.

This disconnect led to friction throughout the shopping journey, contributing to confusion, lower engagement, and abandoned carts.

We approached the redesign with a clear focus on removing friction and guiding users through a more intentional shopping journey.

To support real-time inventory, fulfillment, and operational visibility, The Fashion Project needed a seamless connection between their Shopify store and Odoo.

But the integration couldn’t rely on pre-built logic.

Handling inventory across complex product structures demanded a tailored, high-precision solution - especially given the limitations of off-the-shelf ERP logic.

Working closely with the ERP team, we co-developed a custom solution from the ground up.

Together, we built inventory sync logic tailored to The Fashion Project’s specific catalog and workflows, ensuring reliability across all systems.
