Context

Moving to a modern, robust, platform

Sleep is an essential to our well-being and quality of life. Ergomotion was built to actively improve sleep.

However, their previous WooCommerce configuration was not as robust and high-tech as their beds. The design was outdated, difficult to navigate, and creating friction in buying their products.

Recognizing the gap between the quality of their products and the user experience of their online presence, Ergomotion reached out craftberry.

Our goal was to create a store that is as seamless and inviting as the restful sleep, promised by Ergomotion's smart products.

Ergomotion's previous WooCommerce store was troubled by slow performance and a clunky experience for potential customer.

WooCommerce created problems for the Ergomotion team to fulfil orders and manage the content.

Additionally, their previous WooCommerce store did not offer some of the must-have tools to selling online in 2024.

These issues were creating an unpleasant user experience, causing friction and reduced conversion rates.  

At this point, Ergomotion opted for a solution that could offer both flexibility and performance - Shopify. 

With our track record of successful migration projects, we ensured that all the data was ported over. Every order, every customer, every product was precisely moved to Shopify.

With the data migration complete, it was time to revamp their Shopify store.

In collaboration with a partner agency of ours - CreativeCorner, we developed a premium Shopify store for Ergomotion that showcases the brand's high-tech image and encourages users to buy their products. 

CreativeCorner crafted a design that incorporates various interactive features.

Some elements feature bundle functionality, prominently displayed on product pages, within the cart, and through several animations. 

The craftberry development team ensured the smooth integration of these features by custom-writing the code for each animation. 

Thanks to this collaborative effort, Ergomotion's store now operates as a seamless, high-end Shopify store that appeals to a global audience.

Selling products globally requires a lot of preparation, such as managing multiple marketplaces, currencies, payment methods and translating digital content.

Our team has helped Ergomotion extend their reach using Shopify Markets.

However, simply expanding their reach was not enough to complete the globalization process.

Our developers solved the currency and payment method challenges by utilizing Shopify Payments.

This way we have ensured a smooth and localized shopping experience for Ergomotion’s customers, regardless of their location.

To further bridge the gap between Ergomotion's exclusive products and a diverse international audience, we integrated the T Lab translation app.
