About the Brand
DOCTOR MI! is the creation of Dr. Miriam Rehbein - star dermatologist, retinol expert, and advocate for skin health.
Combining medical precision with innovative research, she set out to develop skincare that not only delivers visible results but also empowers people with knowledge and confidence in choosing what’s best for their skin.
The concept was born in Dr. Rehbein’s dermatology practice, inspired by daily conversations with patients and her own experience overcoming severe acne.
This personal connection to skin concerns shaped a brand philosophy rooted in science and empathy.
Context
Doctor Mi is a client of Hellovlad Design Studio, who led the creative direction for the brand’s redesign.
To bring that vision to life, HelloVlad partnered with craftberry as the development team.
Our role was to turn HelloVlad’s creative vision into a seamless, high-performing Shopify storefront designed for scalability and long-term growth.
Before the redesign, the structure and visuals of Doctor Mi’s old store were limited in showcasing the product range and brand story, making it harder for customers to understand which solution was right for them.
The experience also fell short in communicating the scientific expertise behind the formulas.
These challenges drove the need for a fully custom Shopify build.

For retention, we transformed the subscription model into a clear, visual experience, illustrating the benefits of recurring purchases in a way that feels both informative and consistent with the brand’s premium aesthetic.
