Project Manager

CraftBerry is looking for a motivated Project Manager with a sharp eye and passion for telling stories via development.

Summary

We seek an organized and charismatic person who will join our growing team and lead exciting boutique projects.

The role suits applicants with little to no experience but a great desire to learn.

This role reports to our Head Of Operations manager.

The role

Act as a point of contact with our existing clients.

Organize the workload for our internal development and design teams

Collaborate with our network of contractors and freelancers in case our internal team is working at maximum capacity

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Improve the internal processes for planning and managing

Communicate with clients and stakeholders

Required skills

Some experience in managing people

Some experience with Project Management

Excellent command of written and spoken English

High attention to detail

Exceptional planning and organization skills

Ability to communicate freely, clearly, and constructively in Bulgarian and English

Ability to develop friendly relationships with clients and employees

Professional attitude and inner willingness to take responsibility

Warmly welcomed skills

Written and verbal German

Experience with e-commerce

Experience in an agency or software development company
