Still, the design was outdated and the store needed refreshments for easier management and conversion rate optimization.
The Design Process
To create a store that matched Nicole Rose’s commitment to quality gemstones, we started with rebranding.
Our partners CreativeCorner developed a sophisticated, soft-toned brand book, which served as our guide throughout the design process.
We set out to create a data-driven design and implement tailored strategies best suited to Nicole Rose’s audience.
To achieve this, we leveraged GA4 and Mouseflow and conducted thorough research.
Based on the data, we identified conversion blockers and applied proven CRO strategies.
The result: an elegant, feminine, and vibrant Shopify store.
